Learning doesn’t start at age 5 or even age 3, it starts in the womb. Policies should ensure that children are immersed in environments that support their social and cognitive growth from their very first months. Education policy has yet to catch up to this vision.
This online forum is a space for school district leaders, early childhood educators, policymakers and other interested parties to discuss their struggles, questions and achievements in changing the system.
